like a farmer and his wife)
Parents must accompany their children into our
office. No dropping off or waiting in the car.
If we don't have a parent or guradian present
to sign a release and observe we will not allow
a reading. Parents are welcome / encouraged to
accompany their child into the studio.

For
many of you this is the first time you responded
to an animated film. Keep in mind, you don't
have to "look" like the character, just
sound like him/her. The character sketches
are for informational purposes. For example,
for Dr. Katerina Tesla - from the picture
you can clearly see she's gorgeous and brilliant.
From her body language, she knows it.
Now YOU act it.
If you watch the short, don't get locked
in to the current voices. If you have a
better interpretation, let's hear it. (Although
we LOVE Simon Bane's Voice, but that actor
isn't availible)

Check
out Shreck or Toy Story. Note the manner
in which the lines are delivered. Strong
and clear, with a lot of emotion relative
to the scene. Your "Animated Self" will
be alive and we need your voice to match.
We need you to stay in front of the mic,
but we also need passion. You may feel like
you're over acting - -that's ok.

no way we can give you the role. Please

prepared with printed casting sides and
familiarity with the role of your choice. |
Extra Opportunity!
While casting the 10 main characters, many of
you will be asked to read for some of the smaller
roles. If we like the way you sound we'll likely
record you on the spot. These roles are between
2 and 20 lines. If you accept any of these small
roles you won't be paid, but you will be listed
in the credits, and you will not have to come
back unless you also earn one of the larger roles.
The Zoom Suit short has been entered into over
200 festivals. Notice dates have arrived for 24
fests so far and we have been accepted to 20!
At this rate we'll be featured in over 100 festivals!
We have also won numerous awards including two
best shorts.
